Day 1: Introduction to PCR & Immunostaining – theory brought to life, full workflow preparation.
Day 2: DNA extraction & PCR setup – working like a real molecular biologist.
Day 3: Gel electrophoresis & DNA band analysis, plus immunostaining basics – fixation, blocking, primary antibody incubation.
Day 4: Secondary antibody staining & mounting – bringing your samples to life.
Day 5: Imaging, data discussion, interactive quiz, and career guidance session – linking your new skills to real-world opportunities.
